Um caso de atrofia multissistémica

Resumo

Os autores descrevem um caso de atrofia multissistémica num
homem de 54 anos, tendo como manifestações iniciais tonturas,
síncope e disfunção sexual. O exame objectivo e testes da função
autonómica revelaram sinais de parkinsonismo, disautonomia e
disfunção cerebelosa. A terapêutica sintomática permitiu reverter
parcialmente as queixas. Ao caso clínico segue-se uma revisão
da literatura sobre a atrofia multi-sistémica.
