Tuberculosis presenting with abdominal lymphadenitis

Tuberculosis may target any organ or system and present as 
many clinical syndromes. The differential diagnosis was the main 
difficulty in the clinical case described, particularly due to different 
interpretation of imagiologic exams. In spite of this, after establishing a diagnosis, the patient improved with treatment, prescribed 
in accordance with established and accepted guidelines.
