Campylobacter fetus is a zoonotic agent rarely associated with disease in humans. However, it may cause serious and potentially deadly infections in multiple organs, so it is important to consider this agent when the right epidemiological context is
present. We report a case of an abdominal aortic mycotic aneurysm infected with C. fetus in a previously healthy man.
