Miosite focal – localização atípica de uma doença rara

Apresenta-se um caso clínico de lesão tumoral de localização paravertebral, cujo estudo conduziu ao diagnóstico de miosite focal.
Trata-se de uma entidade nosológica rara que suscita, em regra,
dúvidas de diagnóstico diferencial, e que tem, no presente caso, a
particularidade de surgir numa topografia pouco frequente.
