Focal myositis – an atypical presentation of a rare disease

A case of focal myositis localised to the para-vertebral region is
describe. This disease occurs rarely and as such difficulties arise
concerning the differential diagnosis. The specific area involved in
this case is also unusual and as such is highlighted.
