Discute-se o caso de uma mulher pós-menopáusica com metrorragias e nódulos
pulmonares bilaterais assintomáticos. São extensivamente analisados os padrões
radiológicos e discutidas as suas possíveis etiologias. O diagnóstico final foi de
leiomioma benigno metastisante.
