The case of a post-menopausal woman with vaginal bleeding and bilateral asymptomatic
lung nodules is discussed. Radiologic patterns of lung nodules are extensively analysed
and possible aetiologies are discussed. The final pathologic diagnosis was benign
metastasizing leiomyoma.
