Pancreatite aguda: critérios de gravidade e orientação terapêutica

Resumo

Os autores apresentam o caso de um indivíduo do sexo masculino, de 41 anos de idade, com quadro de pancreatite aguda severa de etiologia alcoólica com necrose pancreática extensa e infectada complicada por hemosuccus pancreaticus. Os critérios de definição de severidade da pancreatite aguda, os procedimentos diagnósticos e a orientação terapêutica nestas circunstâncias são objecto de discussão.
