The A.A. present a case of solitary fibrous tumour of the pleura in a patient with a 13-week
pregnancy, who presented with breathlessness,
cough with mucopurulent sputum and fever.
Some considerations are made about differential diagnosis, treatment and the difficulties faced when choosing adequate complementary means of diagnosis in a pregnant patient.
