Abstract

The authors present a case of Waldenstrom di­sease, diagnosed during the study of a hemor­rhagic disorder. The appearance of a pneumo­peritoneum and a retropneumo-peritoneum led to the diagnosis of a second disease, rarely found in a medical ward.
