Abstract

ln this article the author asks two questions for which he suggests answers he would like to discuss: 1) what is lhefuture role of Internal Medicine and physidans in the coming years; 2) how to altract trainees in the field of the Internal Medicine under the new conditions that are to be expected in the future. These questinos are perlinent in view of the signs ofthe change that is likely to affect traditional medical practice in the nearfature.
