lmpressions about the United Kingdom Health System - A postgraduated course in London

Abstract

As part of my specialized training in Internal Medicine, I was given the opportunity of atten­ding a postgraduated course at the Hammersmi­th Hospital in London.

This one year experience, at a highly recomen­ded and recognized medical center, gave me the chance to understand better the british National Health System as well as the medical teaching and careers.

These are the aspects that I would like to share with you, both in their similarities and differen­ces with our own system.
