Keywords:
Churg-Strauss syndrome, classification criteriaAbstract
The authors presents a case of a 76-year old man with a systemic vasculitis which, although without the typical hystological patterns, fits the classification criteria for Churg-Strauss Syndro me developed by the American College of Rheumatology in 1990.
This case is presented not only for the rarity of this syndrome but also for the particular interest of some of its diagnostic and therapeutic aspects. A brief review of the literature is also made.
