Abstract

The authors report a case of a 79 year old man, who had the diagnosis of multiple myeloma of K light chain and gastric adenocarcinoma, as syncronous neoplasms, which is a unusual association in the reviewed literature.

They also make a review about the ethiopato genic mechanisms of primary multiple neoplasms.
