Hiperparatiroidismo primário com gamapatia monodonal: uma mera associacão?

.Abstract
The authors describe the case of a 66 years old white man, admitted to study an hypercalcemie and whose diagnosis was a primary hyperpa rathyroidism and a monoclonal gammopathy.
The association of both conditions is well known and is considered to be a coincidence of two frequent situations.
This case rises important problems of diagnosis and therapeutics.
This patient also had a papilar carcinoma of thyroid.
