O pseudotumor inflamatório é um tipo raro de tumor de etiologia
desconhecida, que aparece mais frequentemente no pulmão
e órbita, mas pode envolver outros locais anatómicos, e que,
ao mimetizar clínica e radiologicamente um processo maligno,
representa um dilema diagnóstico.
Descreve-se o caso clínico de uma doente que apresentava
um pseudotumor inflamatório envolvendo a articulação esternoclavicular esquerda
