Abstract

Adenocarcinoma of the duodenum is a rare tumour, which belongs
to the group of periampullary tumours. We report a case of a
patient with the diagnosis of adenocarcinoma of the duodenum
and emphasize differential diagnosis difficulties relative to other
periampullary tumours, as well as the prognostic importance of
this diagnosis.
