The extrapulmonary involvement of tuberculosis, particularly of the meninges or spinal cord, although uncommon, is a potentially curable con dition if recognised and treated adequately at an early stage.
This association, with epidemiologic, clinical and laboratory data and evolution typical of this disease was studied in one patient.
