Sicca Syndrome and Autoimmune Central Diabetes Insípidus – A clinical case report

The authors describe a case of a woman 67 years old, with a
history of Paget’s disease of the bone, presenting with Sicca
Syndrome, of unknown aetiology, for which she was admitted
to the hospital in the Internal Medicine department. A clinical
discussion is made, with several possible differential diagnoses.
After performing several exams, the final diagnosis of Central
Diabetes Insipid was reached, of autoimmune aetiology.
