Polyarteritis nodosa is a multisystemic necrotizing
vasculitis of small and medium-sized arteries.
Peripheral nerve, kidney, skin, gastrointestinal tract,
cardiac and musculoskeletal involvement is common.
The authors present two case reports with different
clinical features and treatment.
