The authors present a case of a 76 year old man with angina pectoris, associated with throm bocythemia, intersticial lung disease and monoclonal gammopathy of uncertain significance (MGUS).
We comment the evolution and treatment of angina pectoris, and some considerations are made about the association of those diseases in the course of angina pectoris.
