Resumo

A noção de que os agentes microbianos podem
estar envolvidos na etiopatogenia da Artrite
Crónica Juvenil tem sido matéria de grande interesse e discussão. Descreve-se o caso clínico
de uma jovem de 14 anos de idade com Doença
de Still e evidência serológica de infecção aguda por vírus Coxsackie B1.
Este caso sugere que este microorganismo
possa estar implicado na génese da Doença de Still.
