Resumo

Define-se o conceito de parkinsonismo. São
descritos os principais aspectos clínicos que
apoiam ou excluem o diagnóstico de doença
de Parkinson idiopática (DPI). São referidas
algumas dificuldades actuais na definição desta
entidade e são sumariamente apresentados os
principais diagnósticos diferenciais.
