Abstract

Big cells pulmonary carcinoma is less frequent then other histologic types. Most of them have clinical signs of the primitive tumour, increased mortality and longer evolution.

The authors presenta case of 64 years old woman, admitted for gastric pain, emaciation and cervical nodules which final diagnosis was big cells neuroendocrine pulmonary carcinoma with multiorganic dissemination.
