Abstract

The infective endocarditis is clinically known for three hundred years.

It's presentation forms are diverse and nowadays more subtle, however is still a frequent clinical si­tuation.

This clinical case, remember us that the wok af­ ter rare medical circunmstances can't put us apart the suspicion and diagnosis of the common cases, from whom daily medicine is made.
