Myxomas are the most common cardiac tumors. We report a
case of a 59-year-old patient with rare systemic embolization
of left atrial myxoma for multiple territories, highlighting the
possible complications and their severity, despite the benign
etiology. Early diagnosis and approach enhances favorable
clinical results.
